Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way.
Sweden: Free shipping on all orders
Europe: 14-29 EUR (depending on shipping zone)
You will get an notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number.
We will send your package with DHL. The package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collects it and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a regular return and refund the money to your account.
All orders are shipped from ESHI’s warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Returns and exchanges
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in unused condition. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
In case of quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. ESHI suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Please not that sale items are non-returnable/refundable, only exchangeable.

In case of return we will refund your payment. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will process the refund as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition. Your refund will be credited to the original credit card used.
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
